- Carry out panel repairs
- Information is accessed and interpreted from manufacturer/component supplier specifications.
- Components are repaired using approved methods and equipment in accordance with manufacturer/component supplier specifications.
- Where repair of components includes disturbance to electrical, mechanical, air conditioning systems or trim, authorised assistance is sought where required.
- Repairs are carried out to pre-paint condition.
- Repair activities are carried out according to industry regulations/guidelines, OHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/policies.
- Carry out repairs using body fillers
- Information is accessed and interpreted from manufacturer/component supplier specifications.
- Components are repaired using approved methods and equipment in accordance with manufacturer/component supplier specifications.
- Repairs are carried out to pre-paint condition.
- Repair activities are carried out according to industry regulations/guidelines, OHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/policies.
- Clean up work area and Maintain equipment
- Material that can be reused is collected and stored.
- Waste and scrap is removed following workplace procedures.
- Equipment and work area are cleaned and inspected for serviceable conditions in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Unserviceable equipment is tagged and faults identified in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Operator maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer/component supplier specifications and worksite procedures.
- Tooling is maintained in accordance with workplace procedures.
