- Clean scenic art elements, taking particular care with delicate or problematic materials
- Apply paint to areas of scenic art elements as required
- Complete minor repairs to scenic art elements within agreed timelines and place in storage according to enterprise procedures
- Comply with health and safety standards when handling consumable or hazardous materials and using hand or power tools
- Alter scenic art elements
- Interpret instructions about alterations that need to be made to scenic art elements
- Complete alterations as instructed or seek assistance from others if work is outside individual level of responsibility
- Label altered components and store as required
- Complete documentation in accordance with enterprise procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and store materials and equipment in accordance with enterprise procedures
