- Check production requirements at start of shift and plan daily work activities in line with organisational safety and standard operating procedures.
- Confirm operational status by visual or physical walk around inspections and other information.
- Maintain process supplies to meet production requirements.
- Monitor reject systems and screens and gauges to ensure operations are within specification.
- Identify, rectify or report routine variations from specifications.
- Monitor and maintain process levels to maintain productivity requirements.
- Complete routine preventative maintenance in line with maintenance schedules.
- Control stock quality.
- Monitor and maintain conveyor feeds for consistent delivery.
- Sample and test stock quality to ensure production requirements are maintained; interpret and record results.
- Adjust product quality and system operation to rectify out-of specification stock and maintain productivity requirements.
- Monitor and maintain water distribution systems.
- Record and report product and process data.
