- Validity dates and duration of the profile are established
- Profile variables are identified where required
- Relevant policies and procedures are adhered to
- Profiles are recorded in accordance with organisational policy and procedures
- Maintain profiles
- Profiles are reviewed in accordance with organisational requirements
- Frequency of matches is reviewed against objectives
- Currency of risk indicators is considered
- Performance indicators and outputs are documented
- A decision is made to continue, discontinue or modify the profile in accordance with organisational policy and procedures

- Profiles are input into electronicor manual systems and/or the information is provided torelevant personnel.
- Validity dates and duration of profiles are established.
- Profile variables are identified where required.
- Legislation, policies and proceduresare adhered to.
- Profiles are security classified when required and recorded in accordance with organisational policy and procedures.
- Maintain profiles
- Profiles are reviewed in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Frequency of matches is reviewed against objectives.
- Currency of risk indicators is considered and updates undertaken as required.
- Performance indicators and outputs are documented.
- A decision is made to continue, discontinue or modify profiles in accordance with organisational policy and procedures.
