- Residual emergency risks are assessed for tolerability or acceptance
- Cost benefit analysis is completed for each risk treatment option, in accordance with organisational procedures
- Recommend treatment options
- Recommended treatment options and residual emergency risks are documented, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Recommended treatment options are submitted for approval, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Develop treatment plan
- Communication and project management strategies are developed with stakeholders, in accordance with organisational procedures
- Treatment plan implementation issues are identified and contingencies are developed, as required
- An agreed treatment plan is documented and submitted for approval to authorised personnel, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
