Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Develop treatment plan
   • Risks to be treated and current relevance of treatment measure options are confirmed, in accordance with organisational procedures
2. Key stakeholders are identified along with their potential interests, sensitivities, roles and responsibilities
3. Criteria for assessing effectiveness of treatment plan implementation is determined, in consultation with stakeholders
4. Treatment plan measures, resources, milestones, budget, reporting procedures and roles and responsibilities of project team members are identified
5. Treatment plan implementation issues are identified and contingencies are developed, as required
6. Treatment plan is documented and submitted for approval, in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
7. Implement and monitor treatment plan
   • Roles and responsibilities are allocated and communication and reporting procedures are confirmed
8. Consultation and communication strategies, treatment measures and adequacy of resources are monitored and reported, in accordance with organisational procedures
9. Treatment plan variations are approved by supervisor or manager and are documented
10. Accurate records of meetings and communication with stakeholders and project team members are maintained
11. Treatment measures are completed, in accordance with organisational procedures
12. Review implementation of treatment measures and plan
    • Treatment plan implementation is assessed using agreed assessment criteria and stakeholder input
13. Planning processes are reviewed and opportunities for improvements are identified
14. Treatment plan reporting requirements are completed, in accordance with organisational procedures
