Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Review mobilisation
   • Mobilisation process is received against objectives of the mobilisation plan
   • Effectiveness of mobilisation plan is assessed
2. Review demobilisation
   • Demobilisation process is reviewed against objectives of demobilisation plan
   • Effectiveness of demobilisation plan is assessed
3. Confirm arrangements for conducting a postoperations review of USAR incident
   • Roles and responsibilities of Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team personnel involved in review of team plans and operations are determined and delegated
4. Other organisation or agency personnel involved in the conduct of the post operations review are confirmed
5. Information required for post operations review is identified, sought and received
   • Mobilisation process is received against objectives of the mobilisation plan
6. Effectiveness of mobilisation plan is assessed
7. Perform postoperations review of USAR team plans
   • USAR operations portion of incident action plan and other plans developed to support USAR team are reviewed
8. Post operations information is conveyed to personnel and is recorded promptly and accurately, in accordance with organisational procedures
9. Data collected during incident is provided to appropriate organisations, agencies and/or authorities to support recovery arrangements, as required
10. Effectiveness of decontamination, disposal and donation of equipment are reviewed
    • Demobilisation process is reviewed against objectives of demobilisation plan
11. Effectiveness of demobilisation plan is assessed
12. Complete required post incident reports
    • Information and reports including recommendations, are provided to other organisations and agencies, as required
13. Operational information from the incident is collected to provide a basis for performance reporting
