- Identify and confirm hazards and emergencies to workplace products, personnel and assets, natural resources and environment, and confirm with supervisor
- Confirm contingency plans and loss-minimisation strategies with supervisor
- Monitor storage and maintenance of emergency and personal protective equipment to ensure ready access and in working condition
- Test contingency plans and loss-minimisation strategies under simulated emergency conditions or scenarios, and provide feedback to supervisor
- Manage loss-minimisation strategies
- Clean up, debrief and review emergency procedures
