- Apply outcomes of statistical analysis to workplace operations
- Interpreted data is used to identify possible improvements in work processes and organisation
- Appropriate action is initiated to implement identified strategies for improving processes or work organisation in accordance with workplace procedures
- Improvements are statistically monitored and evaluated in accordance with workplace procedures
