Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to assist clients to identify their rights, voice their needs and concerns and realise their interests, rights and needs. This unit applies to workers of all levels in a range of health or community services settings who provide services using a human rights based approach and have direct interaction with clients. The skills in this unit must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian/New Zealand standards and industry codes of practice. | ||
