The unit covers identifying risks, including potential conflicts of interest that could arise when providing building surveying services - either when providing advice or fulfilling a statutory role.The unit supports the work of senior private and municipal building surveyors who conduct and manage projects in complex and potentially high risk environments. Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit in some States.
