Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit applies to those with formal responsibility for others, and to those required to model workplace policies and procedures but who have no formal management role.This unit is based on and equivalent to the guideline food safety unit GFSOFSA Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplace. Note that this unit does not apply to the pharmaceutical industry. Refer to FDFPH3001A Monitor and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice procedures. | ||
