Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to apply local incident response procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and workplace procedures. It involves applying basic emergency response principles when dealing with incidents within a defined local area. It also includes responding to an incident, carrying out incident response activities and completing follow-up actions. Work must be carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and emergency workplace procedures concerning action to be taken in an emergency.Work is performed under minimal supervision. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | |||
