Description | 1)Scope:1.1) DescriptorThis Competency Standard Unit covers the installation and maintenance of de-energised low voltage underground polymeric cables and covers the jointing, terminating, repair and replacement of cables. It includes the isolation of systems and circuits, the procedure of issuing/accepting electrical access permits, the undertaking of pre-commissioning and/or re-commissioning tests and the updating of system data/maintenance records. | ||
