Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to apply sustainable energy and environmental procedures in the electricity supply industry (ESI).It includes the implementation of environmental procedures to specific projects/sites, the identification of possible environmental risks and impacts, and the undertaking of work in accordance with sustainable energy and energy conservation principles.It also includes the provision of recycling materials; the recording and reporting of environmental incidents; and the process of reviewing, participating in and contributing to environmental procedures in accordance with the workplace.The application of the skills and knowledge described in this unit may require a licence/registration to practice in the workplace.Other conditions may apply under state and territory legislative and regulatory licensing requirements which must be confirmed prior to commencing this unit. | ||
