Unit Description

Assessment Tool
an assessor resource that builds a framework for writing an assessment tool
Assessment Template
generate a spreadsheet for marking this unit in a classroom environment. Put student names in the top row and check them off as they demonstrate competenece for each of the unit's elements and performance criteria.
Assessment Matrix
a slightly different format than the assessment template. A spreadsheet with unit names, elements and performance criteria in separate columns. Put assessment names in column headings to track which performance criteria each one covers. Good for ensuring that you've covered every one of the performance criteria with your assessment instrument (all assessement tools together).
Wiki Markup
mark up the unit in a wiki markup codes, ready to copy and paste into a wiki page. The output will work in most wikis but is designed to work particularly well as a Wikiversity learning project.

1. Check condition of props

1.1 Liaise with relevant production personnel to confirm production requirements

1.2 Check props to identify faults that need to be repaired or alterations that need to be made

1.3 Check all props are capable of functioning throughout production

1.4 Check props are labelled, coded and stored safely, in an appropriate order to meet production requirements

1.5 Check consumable or hazardous props are handled correctly and according to relevant work health and safety (WHS) regulations

2. Make alterations to props

2.1 Liaise with relevant production personnel to confirm required prop alterations

2.2 Clean props, ensuring delicate or problem materials are serviced with care

2.3 Undertake reconditioning of props as required

2.4 Complete minor repairs to props and store to enable ease of retrieval

2.5 Safely use tools and techniques to make alterations to props as required

2.6 Maintain and clean a safe props work area

2.7 Check sufficient supplies of materials are available to cover needs during production

3. Maintain props during productions

3.1 Maintain all props in storage as required, ensuring they are ready to meet production requirements

3.2 Check state of props continuously during production and carry out modifications and running repairs promptly as required

3.3 Check repaired props are replaced correctly for continuity requirements of production

3.4 Check props are returned in good condition to correct location at end of production

3.5 Complete documentation in accordance with enterprise procedures
