Elements and Performance Criteria

  11. Evacuate persons and attend to casualties
  12. Equipment is selected and located to facilitate evacuation and rescue
  13. Evacuees are directed to a safe area and casualties are attended to
  14. Changing incident conditions are evaluated and any alterations to tactics are communicated, in accordance with organisational procedures
  15. Operations are carried out, in accordance with industry regulatory requirements
  16. Fuselage protection and escape paths are established and maintained, in accordance with organisational procedures
  17. Assistance to passengers and crew is provided during aircraft evacuation
  18. Evacuees and or casualties are moved or directed to a safe area, in accordance with organisational procedures and Aerodrome Emergency Plan
  19. Appropriate rescue techniques are used to release trapped persons from aircraft
  20. Any damage to the aircraft caused by forcible entry is recorded and reported, in accordance with organisational procedures and legislative requirements
